The Hotel Maison turned out to be a delightful experience. From the moment we received a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival, everything felt welcoming. The spacious King Room with historical touches was a real treat, and we enjoyed exploring local restaurants just a short walk away, enhancing our trip.

Despite the overall charm, we faced a perplexing situation. some amenities advertised online didn't match our experience. The area outside felt a bit sketchy at night, and finding the entrance was frustrating as it didn't stand out.

A hauntingly wonderful experience

From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff greeted us with warmth, and the charming décor transported us back in time. Our spacious, well-furnished King Room provided the perfect sanctuary after exploring. Don't miss the complimentary glass of wine!

Unfortunately, the noise from the bustling street below disrupted our peaceful night, making it tough to relax completely. Additionally, I felt the parking charges were a bit excessive for the area, given its location.

Unique Historic Charm with Comfort

We enjoyed our stay in this unique hotel, originally a Masonic Temple, which added a great historical vibe to our trip. The spacious room featured high ceilings and tasteful decor, making it an inviting place to relax. We loved the welcoming touch of receiving a complimentary glass of wine at check-in, which set a friendly tone for our visit. However, the parking situation felt a bit steep for the area, as secure parking came at an additional charge.

We really enjoyed our stay, with ample opportunities to explore Yakima. The hotel felt upscale, and the complimentary glass of wine at check-in was a delightful surprise for my small family. The continental breakfast featured a lovely European flair that we all appreciated.

My wife says that the breakfast area could be more spacious.

Finding the entrance was quite a hassle as it sits in a less desirable area, and the secure parking charge seemed unreasonable for the location. However, the spacious room offered comfort, and the nearby attractions, including vibrant restaurants, made it somewhat redeeming.

The spacious room suited my needs well, but the hallway had an odd burning smell.

The King Room was spacious, which was nice for relaxing, but the bed felt super soft, not great for my back. The carpet was a bit rough too. The air conditioning system was pretty loud, which was a bit of a bother when trying to sleep. They did have complimentary wine at check-in, which was a nice touch. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but the comfort was lacking.

This place suits me perfectly, providing strong wi-fi, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. The staff once returned documents I left behind, showcasing their excellent service. I highly recommend staying here, and I’m excited to come back soon.
